Founded in 2019, Archsigno Architects Is a multidisciplinary design practice formed by Ar. Nilesh Mahangade & Ar. Pranjali Desale. It has grown to become well-established, multi-design practice offering integrated architectural design consultancy services for new construction as well as redevelopment projects. These services are provided in a wide range of project varying in scale and context, including Master Planning, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Landscape Design and Government Laisoning.

The practice broadened it’s scope by providing specialized services in the field of sustainable consultancy and parametric design. Along with practicing architecture and planning, we are also try and creates various installations and product based on parametric design. Our portfolio spans a wide range of practice areas, from residential to commercial business space, educational institutes to hospitals and townships.

The story Behind ArchSigno Architects :

The story starts in 2016 when our principal architect Nilesh Mahangade graduated from Rizvi College of Architecture and got placed in one of the most reputed firms of Mumbai. Working on high end commercial and residential projects across the nation, he gained his expertise in design and management. The journey of ArchSigno Architects started when Nilesh realized how standardized and stagnant architectural practices has become in his hometown of Badlapur. With a vision of offering something new to the fraternity, he left the comfort of his corporate job and came back to his hometown, only equipped with his Ideas.

Now here we are with him and Pranjali Desale having completed multiple residential and commercial projects starting , with a different approach, offering bold and user-friendly design ideas and introducing a new culture of architectural practice, as our tagline goes, improving unimproved.

I feel like its my responsibility to make that impact as positive as possible, and contribute towards making this world a better place”

Meet Ar. Pranjali Desale. Founding Partner and Chief Designer at ArchSigno Architects. She adds life to the workspace through her spiritual personality and charm. Pranjali graduated from University of Mumbai in 2016 and did her Post Graduation in digital architecture from Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture.

With half a decade of professional practice she has worked on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. She adds value to every built structure by exploring and experimenting with materials and new technologies. She is a GRIHA certified professional with expertise in parametric architecture and sustainable buildings. She has received an award from PCERF, and her research papers were also published in IJSER. She has worked as a visiting faculty at Pillai HOC. She also enjoys Yoga and Meditation in her free time.

Meet Mr. Raj Mistary, Interior Design Head at ArchSigno Architects.

A highly accomplished Interior Design Head with extensive experience in leading residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional interior projects from concept to completion. Skilled in design strategy, space planning, material selection, project coordination, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces.

Experienced in managing multidisciplinary design teams, overseeing project execution, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Proficient in translating client requirements into creative design solutions while integrating sustainability, modern design trends, and technical excellence.

Passionate about creating inspiring environments that enhance user experience, strengthen brand identity, and maximize spatial efficiency. Recognized for strong leadership, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects while fostering collaboration across architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Meet Mr. Ajinkya Gavali. Sr. Draughtsman at ArchSigno Architects.

An Architectural Team Leader and Senior Draughtsman with extensive expertise in architectural planning, technical documentation, and government liaisoning. Specializing in statutory approvals and regulatory compliance, he leads project coordination from concept through execution, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. His strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to navigate approval processes with government authorities contribute significantly to the successful delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects..
